I gave my heart to him.
And he lost it somewhere.

Since then, I'm on the
search for it. To get it back.

Hope I will find it soon.
Or I'll have to become
heartless from now on.

The choice is mine
for he doesn't care about it anymore!

When pent-up resentment erupts, it takes too childish a route.A child cries and grumbles its protest. Yet nobody heeds....giving a simple go-by. Giving out a heart permanently is a candid deed of child. Your poem is a spectacular
demonstration of child's protest
audible to God only.

The heart that u gave me, is still intanct.

Neither did i lose it, nor is it dead.

Had to place it some where safe, for times were hard and i could not bear to lose.
